Commissioned by Zhejiang Provincial Credit and Guarantee Association, it finished drafting Model Text of System Construction for Financing Guarantee Companies in 2011. The book was reviewed and approved by experts and released publicly in July 2012 at Beidaihe Conference organized by the same association.
