1^st Shareholder: Zhejiang Redstone Culture & Innovation Co., Ltd

It made the capital contribution amount of 22.7 million RMB, comprising 44.5185% of the total share ownership.
Being the largest shareholder of Zhongrui Guarantee and with the aim of building a harmonious society by economy promotion and risk control, Zhejiang Redstone is mainly engaged in credit culture research and credit products development.

2^nd Shareholder: Zhejiang Jingfeng Holding Co., Ltd

It contributed 16.5 million RMB and owns 32.3593% of the Company’s total equity. Jingfeng Holding is a group enterprise comprising 6 subsidiaries with an annual turnover approaching 1 billion RMB. Its products range from food, sports and travel items. The sports facilities such as plastic tracks, various courts and artificial turfs are sold to companies at home and abroad. Jingfeng Holding was also involved in design and construction of Beijing Olympic stadiums. Mr. Wang Fengxian, Jingfeng’s legal representative and Head of Yuhang General Chamber of Commerce as well is one of the most prestigious entrepreneurs in Yuhang.

3^rd Shareholder: Haining Bushen Textile Co., Ltd

Its subscribed capital is 5.29 million RMB and accounts for 10.3746% of the total equity.
It is a promising textile company with an annual output value almost reaching 80 million RMB in recent years.

4^th Shareholder: Mr. Shen Jiangao (Person)

This personal shareholder has contributed capital amounting 348.85 million RMB, accounting for 34.5% of the total equity.

Mr. Shen Jiangao has been engaged in Credit Promoting & Guarantee field since 2001. He is Head of Hangzhou Guarantee Association and has been awarded one of the ten Leaders in Guarantee Sector in Zhejiang Province. He is the founder of Zhejiang Zhongrui Guarantee Co. He has also invested different areas like financing,electronics, construction material, real estates and international trading.
